Sourcing Venture Investments? Look to Silicon Alley Startups

This fellow New York entrepreneur also has a startup call, for the native Big Apple variety.
Pulver headlines his solicitation to entrepreneurs by offering to reveal what he “looks for in startups“ when seeking to make angel investments. No particularly distinct Pulver criteria is provided, though, beyond the tried and true bet the jockey, not the horse.
Pulver is now placing his bets on an Israeli field:
I enjoy being consumed by an energy that is just present when I’m in Tel Aviv. While I have met with startups in many places around the world, there is just something special whenever I’m meeting with early-early stage Israeli startups.
The Israeli spirit IS contagious. After all, innate intelligence, environmental resiliency and exquisite execution have enabled Israel to make a desert bloom, among many other extraordinary feats.
